Our words are vibrations. So by nature, they are energy and a component of our sessions together. What do you create with language? Perhaps you feel poorly let down by words, tripping over them in missed moments and meanings. Letters float around you all the time – and you don’t know how to piece them together or find your own.

I love energy work as words get out of the way. And it's great for those who are over sharing their stories and symptoms.

Because language is in symbols and the subtle. It's our breath and dreams. Colour.

Like the communication between tree roots and mountains. It's dialogue within our cells. Fascia and cerebrospinal fluid. The intelligence that speaks in our stomach.... It's love. A smile. Scent. Skin.
